Case Study – Business Owner

Managing Director/owner of a business with over 10 sites and almost 500 staff contacted Jigsaw to look at helping him put a strategic plan together for the next 5 years.

This included looking at the structure and skill set of the executive team.

Working with them we have identified the MD’s personal and organisational goals and supported
him through coaching and mentoring to change his focus from working ‘in’ the business to working ‘on’ the business.

We have a clear understanding of where the key skill gaps are and are working at addressing these. We have also worked across the organisation to re focus the team on customer service and upskill the front line to align with the company vision and goals.

Throughout this ongoing project we have provided 1-2-1 support to staff on an as required and requested basis. The MD made this opportunity available to all staff which has been exceptionally well received and seen as a real positive contribution to staff welfare and engagement.
